In order to enter the contest you must upload your montage to YouTube and send a link of the video to:
igame2ace@gmail.com under the subject header "Gears of War 2 Montage Contest".
The Montages will be judged based upon these 4 categories: |
1. Gameplay - This category pertains to the skill level involved in the montage
2. Editing - Music syncing with the music and proper use of effects are some examples.
3. Music - Music is a very important factor that can seperate the great from the good. For example, anyone who chooses Drowning Pool's "Bodies", can keep the montage to themselves
4. Entertainment Factor - How entertaining the montage is.
Prizes
Grand Prize: A Gears of War 2 Prize Package (Contents will be announced soon)
Second Place: Limited Edition Red Xbox 360 Wireless Controller & 1 Month of Xbox
Third Place: 1600 Marketplace Points & 1 Month of Xbox Live
Fourth & Fifth Place: 1 Month of Xbox Live
Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. If any prize
or prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, or potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or refuses to execute the applicable documents, the prize will be forfeited. Winners may be required to complete and submit documents including an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release, and/or appropriate tax forms to receive a prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize.
